1. Overview
is an independent travel assistance website operated by GOOGIE Host. We are not an airline. Travel booking and ticketing services may be fulfilled through our third-party travel provider, Green Dot Travels LLC.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the airline, fare type, ticket conditions, timing of the request, and applicable travel-provider rules.
2. Cancellation Requests
You may contact us to request cancellation assistance for an eligible booking. A cancellation request is not considered completed until it has been processed and confirmed by the applicable airline or travel provider.
- Some fares may allow cancellation with a penalty.
- Some fares may be non-refundable.
- Some bookings may be eligible for airline credit instead of a cash refund.
- Airline-imposed rules and deadlines continue to apply.
3. Refund Requests
We can assist with submitting or following an eligible refund request. Approval is determined by the airline, fare rules, ticket conditions, and applicable provider policies.
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. If approved, the refund amount may be reduced by airline penalties, non-refundable fare components, taxes that are not refundable, or applicable service charges disclosed for the transaction.
4. Non-Refundable and Restricted Tickets
Certain tickets may be non-refundable or subject to restrictions. Depending on the applicable fare rules, a cancelled ticket may have no cash refund value but may qualify for a future travel credit or other remedy offered by the airline.
5. Airline-Initiated Schedule Changes or Cancellations
If an airline changes or cancels a flight, any available rebooking or refund options are governed by the airline's own policies and applicable law. We may assist you in reviewing available options, but the airline controls operational decisions and approval of airline-authorized remedies.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take additional time to appear after processing. Timing can vary based on the airline, travel provider, payment processor, financial institution, and original form of payment.
We do not control bank or card-issuer posting times.
7. Fees, Penalties, and Fare Differences
A cancellation or change may involve one or more of the following:
- Airline cancellation or change penalties.
- Fare differences when a new itinerary costs more.
- Non-refundable taxes or fare components where applicable.
- Service fees, if applicable and disclosed before the relevant transaction is completed.
For more information about service fees, review our Service Fee Disclosure.
8. Missed Flights and No-Shows
No-show rules vary by airline and fare type. Missing a scheduled flight may result in cancellation of remaining segments or loss of ticket value. Contact the airline or booking support as soon as possible if you expect to miss a flight.
9. Required Booking Information
To review a cancellation or refund request, you may be asked to provide booking details such as passenger name, itinerary, travel date, booking reference, ticket number, or other information reasonably needed to locate the reservation.
